Stripchat Tokens Not Received? Billing & Support Guide

If you bought Stripchat tokens and the balance has not changed, start with two records: Token History in the site account and the transaction status at your bank or payment provider. Together, they help distinguish a credited purchase, a delayed payment, a temporary hold and a completed payment that needs investigation.

Avoid making another purchase just to check whether the first one worked. That creates a second transaction without resolving the first. Keep the receipt, the attempt time and any error message so you can ask about the specific payment.

Stripchat’s help centre gives different instructions for cards, PayPal, UPI, gift cards and cryptocurrency. The relevant route is the one used for your actual purchase, rather than whichever method you normally use or see mentioned in a general payment guide.

Check Token History before judging the balance

The official missing-tokens guide puts Token History first. Look for the credit associated with the purchase and compare its time and token amount with your receipt or confirmation. Make sure you are checking the account for which you intended to buy the package.

A current balance and a purchase credit answer different questions. The credit records tokens added to the account; the balance can also reflect subsequent spending. If you expected a larger balance, first establish whether the purchase appeared in history, then identify any activity that followed it.

Token History is the starting point for checking a purchase.

If the credit is present but the tokens are still unavailable, the help article directs you to Customer Support. Tell support that history shows a credit and describe what you see in the balance or when attempting to use it. That is more specific than reporting only that the payment failed.

If there is no credit, ask the bank or provider whether the payment completed. Preserve the account-history view and the payment confirmation you are comparing. An empty purchase entry does not establish that money definitely settled, and a bank notification does not establish that tokens reached the account.

Match the account record with the payment record

Open the details of the transaction in the service used to pay. Copy its reference and read the status, amount and currency. If the status is unclear, ask the provider to explain it rather than interpreting a notification as a final decision.

Use the original transaction currency when matching a receipt with a payment. An Indian card statement may show a rupee debit for a purchase quoted in another currency. That difference alone does not identify a missing-token error. Our INR price guide explains the distinction between the purchase price, conversion and issuer charges.

Likewise, a payment-provider name on the statement may differ from the website name. The bank-statement guide explains the documented descriptors and which details to compare. Keep the exact name from your own record when asking about a charge.

Cards and PayPal: no token credit after payment

For credit, debit and prepaid cards or PayPal, Stripchat distinguishes two cases. A token credit in history indicates that the purchase completed on the platform’s side; if the tokens remain unavailable, contact Customer Support. Without a credit, the article says the purchase likely failed and that there may have been no charge or the funds may be on hold.

The word “likely” matters. If the payment provider confirms a completed payment while the account has no credit, give support both records. Do not dismiss the discrepancy simply because a failed purchase is one possible explanation.

What does the five-business-day guidance mean?

The help article says a temporary hold may be released automatically and can take up to five business days. If the amount remains on hold after that, it directs you to the payment service to confirm the charge status.

This is guidance about a temporary hold in the card/PayPal section. It is not a promise that every completed debit, refund request or missing-token complaint will resolve within five business days. First ask what kind of entry you have, then follow the instructions that apply to it.

If the bank says the payment failed, ask it to clarify any remaining entry on the account. If it says the payment completed, keep that confirmation with the purchase reference for the platform investigation. Different answers about the same transaction are useful evidence to reconcile, rather than a reason to start a new purchase.

For an explicit refusal during checkout, our payment-declined guide for India covers the card details, permissions and limits to check. Those checks do not replace investigating money already recorded against the earlier attempt.

UPI payments in INR

Stripchat’s missing-tokens article says UPI purchases can take time to process. If the tokens have not been credited after 24 hours, it directs users to the UPI support route linked in that article to confirm the transaction’s status.

Use the reference from the UPI payment and keep the amount, time and confirmation available. Explain whether the provider shows the transaction as successful, pending or failed, and whether the site account has a corresponding token credit. Follow the support link from the official help article for this purchase route.

The 24-hour point is a follow-up instruction for a missing credit, not a guaranteed refund deadline. It also does not establish that UPI is offered to every Indian account. Our payment-methods guide explains the country and checkout availability qualification.

If you receive conflicting information, keep it in the same case: for example, a provider confirmation that payment completed and a Token History view with no credit. Ask for the purchase to be traced using its reference. A second UPI transfer will create a different transaction rather than repair that record.

Gift cards, cryptocurrency and other providers

The help centre names particular support routes for these purchases. Use the one corresponding to the provider that actually processed your transaction.

Gift cards redeemed through PayGarden

If you used PayGarden to redeem a gift card, Stripchat directs the query to PayGarden support. Keep the redemption receipt or reference and explain the missing token credit. That instruction concerns a PayGarden redemption; it is not evidence that every gift-card brand or redemption service follows the same process.

Treat an unused voucher code as payment information. Do not publish it in a public complaint or give it to a stranger offering to investigate. Use the genuine provider’s requirements for any details needed to identify the redemption.

Cryptocurrency payments

Stripchat says cryptocurrency transactions may take time and directs users to the cryptocurrency provider because the platform cannot track those transactions on its end. Its help article links to CoinGate and to XBO for transactions processed via Paymentico.

Start with the processor named in your own payment confirmation. Keep the receipt or invoice reference and, where available, the transaction identifier and the asset/network information shown in that record. Describe the missing credit and ask the provider to confirm the payment status.

A transfer record and a token credit on a website are different records to reconcile. Avoid sending another transfer or an alleged “release fee” on an unsolicited promise that it will unlock the first purchase. Use the support route linked by the platform and identified in your receipt.

Other billing providers

For other billing providers, the article advises allowing up to 24 hours, then contacting the service used for the purchase if the transaction has still not gone through. Ask about the existing reference and explain what Token History shows.

Support routes differ by payment method and provider.

These instructions help route an authorised purchase problem. If an entry is genuinely unfamiliar and you suspect unauthorised payment use, report it promptly through the bank or provider’s trusted channel instead of waiting through a token-delivery window.

What to include in a support request

Stripchat’s transaction-support article directs users to the Contact Support widget at the bottom of its help pages. It asks for the purchase date, time and amount, and a payment receipt if available.

Purchase details help support identify the transaction.

For a missing-credit investigation, organise the information into a short sequence:

  1. Identify the account and purchase. State the relevant account username and which purchase you are asking about. Include its date, time and time zone if needed to match records.
  2. Identify the payment route. Name the method and processor shown in the receipt, with the transaction reference.
  3. Give both amounts clearly. Include the money paid and its currency, plus the expected token amount if the purchase confirmation states it.
  4. Describe the payment status. Say what the bank or provider shows and whether it has confirmed completion. Attach that confirmation when relevant.
  5. Describe Token History. State whether there is no credit, a credit with unavailable tokens, or a credit followed by activity you need explained.
  6. Attach the relevant records. Use the receipt and the specific history entry or error message. Refer to any existing support case so the records can stay together.

The platform expressly asks for date, time, amount and receipt; the additional details above make your description easier to trace. You do not need an elaborate complaint or a statement about the cause before it has been investigated.

A clear opening might say that the provider confirms a completed payment, no corresponding credit appears in Token History, and you want the purchase traced. Use that description only if it matches your records. If the payment is pending, say so rather than calling it completed.

Redact unrelated statement entries and unnecessary account information from screenshots. Never send a banking password, card PIN, CVV or one-time code in a support message. A transaction reference should help identify the payment without handing over access to the payment account.

Why buying again can complicate the investigation

A repeated purchase has its own time, reference and potential token credit. If one payment later completes and another remains pending, a single statement that “the tokens arrived” may not resolve both entries.

If you have already tried more than once, make a small list of the attempts and match each one with its provider status and token credit. Tell support which purchase is unresolved. Equal amounts do not necessarily mean duplicate entries for the same purchase; you may have authorised two separate attempts.

Before making any further purchase, establish what happened to the earlier ones. If a provider confirms a failed attempt and explains any outstanding bank entry, you can make an informed decision about another purchase. If a completed payment is missing its credit, continue tracing that transaction.

Is a missing-token claim the same as a refund request?

No. The first question is whether a purchase completed and whether the account received its tokens. The answer may involve finding a credit, investigating delivery or clarifying a payment hold. It does not automatically mean that the platform has approved a refund.

Stripchat’s purchase-refund article directs missing-token problems to the delivery guide, rather than treating them as ordinary requests to return an unused package. Our refund-policy guide explains that separate route and its conditions.

When support replies, check what was actually resolved. A restored token credit, a provider confirmation that no payment completed and a money refund are different outcomes. If a refund is approved, ask for its amount and reference; if tokens are credited, match the credit with the purchase you reported.

Keep that final confirmation with the original receipt and case reference. If several attempts were involved, confirm which one the resolution covers before considering the whole issue closed.

Frequently asked questions

My bank says successful. Why are the tokens missing?

The bank’s payment record and the platform’s token record need to be matched. Check Token History and keep the provider confirmation. If there is no corresponding credit, ask support to trace the completed payment using the receipt and reference.

The token credit is visible, but my balance is still wrong. Who can help?

The official guide directs this case to Customer Support. Identify the credit and describe the balance or access problem, including relevant subsequent account activity. A visible credit is useful evidence even when it has not resolved what you see.

Should I wait five business days after every purchase?

No. The help article discusses that period for a temporary hold in its card/PayPal section. It gives different instructions when a token credit exists or another method was used. Establish the status and follow the relevant route.

What should I do if a UPI purchase is still missing after 24 hours?

Use the UPI support route linked from Stripchat’s missing-tokens article to confirm transaction status. Keep the UPI reference and the account-history details. The 24-hour guidance is a point for follow-up, not a guarantee of when money will be refunded.

Can I send only a screenshot of my bank balance?

A balance alone does not identify a purchase. The receipt or transaction detail, time, amount, currency and reference are more useful, together with what Token History shows. Remove unrelated financial information from any attachment.

Will another payment release the missing tokens?

Do not rely on that claim. Another purchase creates another transaction to reconcile. Investigate the existing payment through the genuine provider and platform support, using its own reference.
