STChatIndia Privacy Policy

This policy concerns stchatindia.com, the independent information website published as STChatIndia. It describes our website’s handling of information. It is not Stripchat’s privacy policy and does not govern accounts or payments on that service. For questions or requests about information handled by STChatIndia, email contact@stchatindia.com.

Information involved in a visit

When you request a page, the infrastructure delivering it receives technical information needed to respond. This can include your IP address, the requested URL, request time, browser information and a referring page where your browser supplies one. Hosting and security systems may process this information to deliver pages, diagnose faults and detect abusive traffic.

The website does not currently provide visitor registration, public comments, token purchases or payment processing. We do not receive your Stripchat password, token history, bank records or private support messages merely because you read one of our guides.

Email correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond, investigate corrections or complaints, handle privacy or rights requests and maintain relevant correspondence. Our email service processes messages as part of delivering and storing email.

Share only what is necessary. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card details, identity documents or intimate content. For a correction, a page URL and a clear description will usually be more useful than private account records. If further information is needed, we will explain the request.

Calculator inputs

The token calculator performs calculations in your browser. Its input values are not sent by the calculator to STChatIndia, Stripchat or a pricing service. It does not connect to a financial account or make purchases. If you choose to include a calculation in an email to us, that information becomes part of your correspondence instead.

Cookies, browser storage and advertising

The current website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include Google Analytics, AdSense or third-party advertising scripts. The calculator does not save its input values in cookies or browser storage. Browser caching of files is separate from advertising tracking.

Infrastructure used to deliver or protect a website may handle technical data and, where a security function requires it, use security-related cookies. Your browser’s site-data controls can show cookies stored for the domain and let you remove or block them. Browser and email-provider practices are outside our control.

If we introduce analytics, advertising or other optional tracking, we will update this policy to describe the actual services, information and controls before enabling them, and obtain consent where required. This policy is not a substitute for any consent mechanism required for those future features.

Article screenshots are served as website image files rather than embedded third-party service sessions. Selecting an original screenshot opens an image; it does not sign you in to the service shown in it.

Following an external link makes a separate request to the destination. That organisation may receive your IP address, browser information and a referrer according to your browser’s settings, and may use its own cookies. Its policy applies there. You can read a source without sending us a copy of the account information it holds about you.

Purposes and applicable grounds

We process information to deliver and secure the website, answer correspondence, correct content, handle rights requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a law requires a legal basis, this may be our legitimate interest in operating a secure information website and responding to requests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent for an optional use requiring it. Which basis and rights apply depends on the relevant law and circumstances.

We do not sell personal information or use correspondence to build advertising audiences. We do not add an email sender to a marketing list simply because they contacted us.

Service providers and disclosures

Hosting, security and email providers may process information necessary to supply their services. We may also disclose relevant information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request or to protect legal rights and website security. We do not publish private correspondence or personal records as part of an article merely because they were submitted to us.

Providers may operate in countries different from yours. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards depend on the provider, processing and law involved. You may contact us for information about the providers relevant to a particular request; this policy does not promise that all processing takes place in India.

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, including answering a request, maintaining a correction record, protecting security or meeting legal obligations. Technical-log retention depends on the relevant infrastructure. Correspondence may need to remain available while a matter is open or a related legal obligation applies. There is no single retention period for every category.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled, but no website or email system can promise absolute security. Keep sensitive financial and identity information within the genuine service that needs it rather than emailing it to an editorial website.

Your requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights can have conditions and exceptions. Withdrawing consent does not retrospectively make earlier lawful processing unlawful. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

Email contact@stchatindia.com with the information or correspondence concerned and what you want us to do. We may need proportionate information to establish that a request concerns you. Do not send an identity document unless a need and secure method have first been established. We will address requests within the requirements of the law applicable to them.

We cannot erase a bank’s transaction, change a Stripchat account or answer a data request on another organisation’s behalf. Direct those requests to the organisation responsible.

Children and policy changes

The website discusses an adult-oriented service and is not directed to people under 18. We do not invite children to send personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to STChatIndia, contact us so we can review and appropriately remove it.

We will revise this policy when our practices change and provide any additional notice or consent required by applicable law. Questions about this policy can be sent through our Contact page.
